Your balance payment is due 45 days before you travel
Your balance payment will be due 45 days prior to your departure. If travel restrictions stop you from traveling after this time, we’ll do our best to recover any costs. If you decide to cancel for other reasons after this time, the following cancellation policy applies:
- More than 45days prior to trip departure:
Deposit will be forfeited - Between 30– 45 days prior to trip departure:
20% of total tour price will be forfeited - Between 20– 30 Days:
50% of total tour price will be forfeited - Less than 20days prior to trip departure:
No refund - After trip departure:
